St. John Vianney High School
Situated on a beautiful 37-acre campus in Kirkwood, Missouri, near the intersection of I-44 and I-270, St. John Vianney High School, was founded by the Society of Mary in 1960 to provide a quality Catholic education in the Marianist tradition. Vianney is dedicated to forming young men for spiritual, academic and personal excellence.
OUR STUDENTS
- Vianney is a private, all-boys, Catholic college preparatory high school serving grades nine through 12.
- Our enrollment is 550, representing 70 ZIP codes and 60 grade schools and parishes. Vianney draws students from across St. Louis city and county, from Jefferson and Franklin counties, and from the Metro East.
- We have a student-teacher ratio of 12-to-1 with 82% of our faculty holding advanced degrees.
- Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is $21,200. This includes almost everything except for textbooks.
- More than 50% of students receive financial aid to attend Vianney.
- Vianney has a wireless campus with a 1:1 student-computer program at no additional cost to families.
- Recent renovations include interactive SMART boards, adjustable LED lighting, and fiber-optic internet plus new a turf field and press box for the stadium.
OUR GRADUATES
- Students take four courses per semester and graduate with 32 credits, among the highest in the Midwest, with up to 99% pursuing college.
- More than half of Vianney graduates earn college credit through Saint Louis University, University of Missouri-St. Louis, Missouri State University, and Drury University.
- About 95 percent of Vianney graduates complete four or more math courses and three or more science courses.
- Our average ACT score is 24+ with the top 25% of our students averaging 30+ on the national exam.
- Up to 80 percent of our graduates are offered college scholarships, averaging $135,500 per student.
- Graduates will have completed more than 100 service hours over their four years.
