Testing Center Moderator (Part-Time)    7:00AM - 11:30AM

Position Summary:

The Testing Center Moderator is responsible for proctoring and monitoring students who need to take make-up tests or need extended time for tests.

Specific Responsibilities:

1.      Proctor’s tests and monitors testing center

2.      Notify the teacher when a student does not complete a test by a specified date

3.      Returns completed tests to teachers

4.      Maintains a spreadsheet of student name, time, and date of test

5.      Enters school data during times that the testing center is not utilized by students

6.      Maintains a quiet and distraction-reduced environment

Qualifications:

·  High School Education

·  Organizational skills

·  Observational skills

·  Ability to respond to faculty and students in a positive manner

·  Data entry skills

·  Attention to detail

·  High level of confidentiality
