Principal Marian Middle School
Marian Middle School is seeking an experienced, grounded Principal to lead our academic program and faculty with clarity, consistency, and purpose. This role is for a leader who understands how schools operate day to day, can coach teachers effectively, and is comfortable owning curriculum, systems, and outcomes.
We are looking for someone who leads with intention, follows through, and builds trust with students, staff, and families through steady, thoughtful leadership.
What This Role Requires
- Direct, hands-on leadership of teaching and learning
- Regular classroom observation and actionable feedback for teachers
- Ownership of curriculum alignment, pacing, and instructional quality
- Clear systems, strong organization, and reliable execution
- A consistent presence that supports both accountability and care
What You’ll Do
- Coach teachers through observation, feedback, and ongoing professional learning
- Lead curriculum development and continuous improvement across subject areas
- Set clear expectations for instruction, culture, and follow-through
- Maintain a strong, student-centered school culture rooted in dignity and responsibility
- Partner closely with families, staff, and the President to advance the mission

- Deeply committed to students and their growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- Minimum of five years of teaching experience
- School leadership or instructional coaching experience strongly preferred
- Catholic faith alignment preferred but not required
