Long Term Substitute Spanish Teacher (Upper School) Villa Duchesne

Villa Duchesne is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Spanish Teacher for our upper school (Grades 7-12) to teach all levels of Spanish (Advanced Placement included) for a three-month duration during the spring semester (January – March/April). This candidate will possess near-native to native fluency in Spanish, have a conferred master’s degree in Spanish, and have previous teaching experience.

The ideal candidate will also

possess a commitment to using a variety of pedagogical approaches in the classroom
have experience using Google Classroom
be familiar with the Vista Higher Learning platform
demonstrate a commitment to building cultural fluency in students, which may include participation in a language club
