What You’ll Do
As an Infant + Toddler Teacher, you’ll join a dedicated, supportive team that provides responsive, nurturing care while creating a warm, engaging environment where infants and toddlers feel known, safe, and celebrated. Our teachers work together closely, communicate openly, and share a commitment to high-quality early education.
You will:

Build trusting relationships with children and families

Provide responsive care and support children’s emotional and physical needs

Create thoughtful routines that help little ones feel secure and confident

Offer sensory-rich, language-forward, hands-on experiences every day
-
Support early developmental milestones (self-feeding, communication, motor skills, early toileting, etc.)

Maintain organized, safe, joyful classrooms with attention to detail

Collaborate with teammates in a highly supportive teaching community

Maintain school ratios and uphold program standards consistently

Communicate with families through daily notes, photos, and shared moments

Hold a high school diploma (early childhood coursework or experience preferred but not required)
