Job Summary
Work with the facility maintenance team to maintain daily operations so the school days run smoothly by preparing the campus for the arrival of students, faculty, and staff.
Essential Functions
- Work day shift from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday-Friday and weekends as needed.
- Prepare campus for everyone’s arrival by turning lights on, using a blower to clean walkways off of debris, and picking up any trash and landscaping debris.
- Assist with setup for morning school events- setting up tables, coffee, seating, etc.
- Crossing guard responsibility during drop off ½ hour.
- Assist the Hospitality Manager by helping with making coffee and delivering early childhood lunches to their classrooms in time for lunch.
- Daily cleaning of high-impact spaces in younger grade-level buildings.
- Complete work orders as assigned by the Facilities Director.
- Follows all safety procedures and reports all hazardous conditions, defective equipment, and accidents or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

Knowledge, Skills, Ability
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Maintenance, Facilities, Building operations background, or a related trade.
- Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
Reporting
Reports to the Director of Facilities. No supervisory responsibilities.
