Events & Stewardship Coordinator Ursuline Academy
Ursuline Academy, a thriving Catholic, college-prep high school for girls located in Kirkwood, MO, is seeking applicants for the Event & Stewardship Coordinator position.
This position acts as the point person for vital projects and special events. This is a hospitality-forward professional position that involves welcoming and engaging guests, supporting volunteers, and providing the structure to achieve event/project goals.
Duties & Responsibilities

Establishes committee structure with auction volunteer leadership; supports/monitors activity to assure goals are met and prepares/monitors the auction budget

Plans/executes Grandparents Day, Auction and Golf Classic. Ensures all logistics are managed effectively.

Assists parent engagement clubs with event and logistical support for both on and off-campus events

Collaborates on identification of sponsors, donor prospects and other event resources
-
Partners to identify and execute meaningful stewardship activities for all donors, with special attention to those involved with and participating in events

Partners on important donor and alumnae events throughout the year
-
Serves as back up for acknowledgment letters, gift entry and data projects
-
Provides support to the Board of Trustees

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Experience in special event coordination and financial goal setting

Ability to organize, balance priorities and guide event volunteers

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Customer-service mindset, strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

Ability to adjust schedule to meet school needs, including some evenings and weekends
