The St. Michael School of Clayton is an independent school serving students from Infant through 8th grade. Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a flexible, creative educator to assist in classrooms as needed PK-8. This position will both work with teachers and involve some independent supervision of students.

• Assist classroom teachers 

• Serve as a substitute teacher as needed

• Assist in schoolwide behavior management

• Nurture individual learning needs

• Build a supportive and inclusive environment where every child feels known and valued

• A Bachelor’s degree 

• A love of student-centered learning and a desire to help students blossom

• The ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment

• Experience with or interest in working neurodiverse children
