College Advising and Testing Coordinator St. Joseph’s Academy

St. Joseph’s Academy, a Catholic college-preparatory high school for young women in St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking a full-time college advisor for the 2026-2027 school year; an earlier start date is preferred. Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Two or more years of experience in college advising; experience in a private high school and/or a selective college admissions office is strongly preferred

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, rigorous independent school environment

• A commitment to developing one’s own cultural competency in a community that celebrates, appreciates, and fosters inclusion.

• Proficiency with college advising and educational platforms such as MAIA Learning, Slate, College KickStart, Canvas, Zoom, PowerSchool, STARS, and Google Workspace, strongly preferred

• Experience serving as a standardized testing coordinator
