Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented individual to join our Advancement team as a fundraising Campaign Manager. The ideal candidate will have faith & mission alignment, fundraising experience with a proven track record of relationship building and financial success, strategic and project management skills, relationship building strengths, communication and marketing abilities along with technical experience using a donor management system (e.g. Bloomerang, Donor Perfect, RaisersEdge, or similar CRM).

Employee Status & Compensation: 

Start Date: Tuesday, August 5, 2025 

Status: A 1.0 FTE; 12-month position, 40 hours/week 

Salary Range: $58,000 - $65,000 commensurate with education and qualified experience 

Standard Benefits: holidays, school breaks, 160 hours of PTO, tuition reduction for employee children, 403b retirement plan with a minimum of 1% discretionary match and a $2,000 Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA) through Terrill Flex.  

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and evaluate all fundraising campaigns, including Annual Giving, Capital, and Scholarship efforts.
     

  • Collaborate with the Head of School and Philanthropy Committee of the Board to set and achieve fundraising goals.
     

  • Cultivate and steward relationships with current and prospective donors, including individuals, foundations, and church partners.
     

  • Manage campaign communications, including appeals, updates, acknowledgments, and impact reports.
     

  • Organize and execute donor engagement events and recognition activities.
     

  • Maintain accurate donor records and reporting using the school’s donor management system (Bloomerang is the current CRM).
     

  • Ensure that all fundraising activities align with the school’s mission and values.
     

  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in Advancement through fundraising. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, communications, business) preferred.
     

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, development, or related work.
     

  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
     

  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and donors. Comfort in coordinating across diverse stakeholders.
     

  • Proficiency with donor databases and fundraising software preferred.
