Assistant Director of Admissions St. John Vianney High School
This full-time, in-person position reports to the Director of Admissions and serves on the school’s Admissions Team. The role centers on supporting all aspects of St. John Vianney High School’s admissions process while embracing the school’s overall mission of forming young men for spiritual, academic, and personal excellence in the Catholic, Marianist tradition. The Assistant Director of Admissions will play a key role in welcoming and engaging with the next generation of Griffins.
Key Responsibilities:

Help lead key programs in cultivating relationships with partner grade schools, organizations, businesses, and prospective families.

Support marketing efforts by helping create brochures, videos, and email communications.

Manage any/all content on the Admissions website.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce event giveaways and branded materials.

Coordinate, participate in, and lead key admissions events including:

Open House
-
Shadow Visit days
-
High School Night presentations
-
Incoming student events
-

Assist the Director of Admissions with all elements of the application and acceptance process.

Lead campus tours/information sessions for prospective students and families.

Build strong relationships with Vianney Educators to enhance the admissions experience.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree required
-
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience presenting to groups and interacting with students and parents is preferred.

Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Finalsite Enrollment, and Blackbaud is preferred.

This position will require evening and weekend hours as needed
