Job Overview: Rosati-Kain Academy, a Catholic, college-preparatory high school for young women in St. Louis, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Track & Field Coach for the 2025-2026 season. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a positive and mission-driven athletic environment. A four-year degree is preferred, along with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and experience coaching high school athletes. Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate students who apply to join the team and, after consultation with the Athletic Director, select team members.
Provide exceptional coaching services to your team, ensuring player development, team building, and success on and off the field.
Adhere to all Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) rules and regulations, and ensure your team does as well.
Follow all policies established by the Athletic Director and School President.
Maintain all school-provided equipment and manage your own as needed.
Keep the Athletic Director informed of any issues or concerns, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
Distribute and collect uniforms promptly before and after the season.
Attend all meetings scheduled by the Athletic Director and participate in school events such as Open Houses, recruitment events, and team banquets.
Develop and coordinate practice schedules and plans, and oversee all program activities.
Ensure full participation in all team competitions throughout the season.
Evaluate any assistant coaches at the end of the season.
Submit all team statistics and required paperwork on time.
Track attendance and communicate with athletes who will receive credit at the end of the season.

This is a temporary contract position. We are in need of both a Head Coach and an Assistant Coach. The Head Coach position pays $4,798 and the Assistant Coach pays $3,945, each for the season, and those amounts are payable in two installments, one at the season midpoint and one at the season end.
