Maintenance Technician Villa Duchesne

Villa Duchesne is seeking a mission-centered Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance duties and completing work orders in a timely, efficient, and effective manner. The ideal candidate will bring strong practical knowledge, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach while supporting the daily operations of the School.

Responsibilities include general repairs across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and wiring systems; assisting with event setup and breakdown; patching and painting damaged walls, doors, and furniture; ensuring hardware is working properly; monitoring and updating the work order system; coordinating parts and supplies; supporting snow removal; and vehicle maintenance. 

In addition, the Maintenance Technician serves as a positive ambassador for the School, supporting events and contributing to a welcoming community environment. This role also supports school leadership and colleagues, participates in special projects, and helps foster a culture of collaboration, service, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be adaptable, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and functional campus while supporting the broader mission of the School.
