Director of Admissions Rosati-Kain Academy
Position Overview: Rosati-Kain Academy is seeking a Director of Admissions for the 2026-2027 school year. Reporting to the President, and in collaboration with the Advancement team, this position develops and executes a strategic plan for student recruitment, admission processes, enrollment, and student retention.
Key Responsibilities

Manages the Admissions and Enrollment processes and is responsible for recruitment, registration, and retention efforts.

Develop and implement a plan for attainment of annual admissions goals

Oversees management of admissions database systems and assists prospective parents and students in using the system and applicable documents and ensures that admissions files are complete.

Designs and manages the admissions evaluation and screening process, working with RKA Administration

Oversees the administration of the admissions budgets, all admissions processes and records, and the coordination of events.

Collaborates with the School’s communications and marketing team to develop a strategic marketing plan for admissions.

Contributes to Social Media.

Onboards new and transfer students and their families.

Promotes economic, geographical, racial, and ethnic diversity in the student body.

Coordinates tours, shadow days, high school nights, new student orientations, open houses, and all admissions-related events.

Manages and coordinates Student Ambassadors and volunteers for Advancement events.

Researches, keeps up with, and implements enrollment trends.

Maintains, analyzes, and presents admissions data to the Board.

Develops strong relationships with feeder schools and other community organizations.

Develops strong relationships with all departments of the school.

Provides excellent customer service.

Manages and evaluates performance of Admissions Assistant
Qualifications:

Experience in admissions, sales, or marketing.

Demonstrated excellence in organizational, managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills to manage a high volume of work efficiently.

Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and interact professionally with Board members, staff, and external stakeholders.

Ability to work some nights and weekends, as needed for events and deadlines.
