The Advancement Services Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational infrastructure of the Advancement Department. This includes effective management of data, systems, and processes that support fundraising and engagement efforts. This role manages gift processing, maintains data integrity, ensures compliance with regulations, and provides strategic insights through reporting and analysis. Candidate must have hands-on experience in constituent and gift entry in Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus. Candidate should have a strong understanding of fundraising operations, database management, and knowledge of gift processing standards, and compliance.
