Camp Mishawaka

Sessions: June 16-August 9, 2024

Established in 1910 Camp Mishawaka offers a traditional camp experience for boys and girls ages 8-15. Situated in the beautiful Northwoods of Minnesota, Camp Mishawaka hosts campers from more than 25 states and 8 different countries. Ideally sized, with a capacity of 80 campers in each camp, Mishawaka is able to meet the needs of each camper.

Activities include 30 different land and water activities, and extended wilderness tripping opportunities. But beyond the activity offerings, Mishawaka takes and interest in developing the whole child, giving them opportunities for challenges, advancement, rewards and to develop life-long friendships. It's the place where kids find their best selves, are supported and encouraged, and leave prepared to be better citizens, better leaders and better friends.

Our staff averages over 7 years experience at Mishawaka and we maintain a counselor to camper ration of 1:4. Many of the staff are former campers themselves and there is a wonderful mix of veteran teachers and coaches, and college age young folks who take great care to provide for a memorable experience.

Camp Mishawaka offers 2, 4, 6 and 8 week sessions. Campers generally fly in to Minneapolis/St. Paul and are met at the gate by a staff member. They continue on to Camp on chartered coaches that day and begin an experience that provides life long benefits.
