Every day, Chesterfield Montessori School children enter a learning environment uniquely designed to fit their educational, social, and intrinsic needs. The Montessori Journey of Discovery offers an opportunity to get a glimpse of what your child's experience would be like at CMS. By meeting teachers from the various enviorments and engaging in hands-on work with materials in the classrooms, you will also begin to understand what makes the authentic Montessori experience at CMS exceptional. Your Journey will offer you personal discoveries as you explore each classroom, from Toddler through Primary and Elementary.
Walking in your child’s shoes, you will work with some of the materials that enliven a child's mind each day. You may notice how environments change as the children grow. After visiting the classrooms, parents and teachers will gather to discuss and share their experiences.
